Highgate Towers

BCS has been its management company for 16 years. I have been Chairman of the Body Corporate Owners’ Committee for the last 3 years, and a member of the Committee for three years prior to that, so have worked closely with BCS for some long time now.

I cannot speak more highly or positively about their service, and their role in maintaining and advancing the well-being of the building.

Their experience, knowledge of bodies corporate, governance and jurisprudence is impressive, and their advice always well-considered and reliable.  Their accounting and financial reporting is excellent, and their preparation of papers, agendas for meetings, meeting attendance and minute taking is impeccable.

Seaview Apartments

Seaview Apartments were built in 1995. It has 15 stories and 43 apartments with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 4 floors of car parking and a gymnasium.

I have lived in Seaview since May 2006. I have been a member have the Body Corporate Committee from 2006 and Chairperson since 2010. Body Corporate Services have been managing this building since it was built. It was built as a high quality building and this Company has assisted in maintaining it to a very high standard.

Body Corporate Services have kept robust control of our finances which means the building is in a very sound financial position. We are constantly updated on our financial situation with excellent and clear financial records and advice.

This is the first time I have held the position of Body Corporate Chair. I have really appreciated the excellent advice and support I have had from Garth and Ken Freeman.

Garth is always on the end of the phone and replies promptly to emails from the Building Managers and myself.

The new Unit Titles Act has meant we have relied heavily on advice from Body Corporate Services to ensure we comply with the Act. This has entailed much advice and support through numerous meetings. These have been efficiently handled in a democratic and professional way so that we are able to carry our role as a Committee in a confident and competent manner. I would heartily recommend Body Corporate Services to you.
